Several long-standing members of your Committee decided not to stand for re-election at the AGM or to retire from that date.
Thankfully, a number of members have come forward to fill the vacancies. However, the Society still needs a full-time Chairperson, Secretary, Web-Support and a leader for the demonstrations sub-committee. Volunteers are also required to provide practical help at demonstrations exhibitions. If you feel you could take on one of these roles please contact the Society Secretary.
UPTON GOLF CLUB WALL DISPLAY
As a result of the quality of the paintings at the Autumn Exhibition, the manager of Upton Golf Club, invited GAS to use the walls of the Golf Club as a display area, with paintings for sale. We have organised the displays to run for three months each.
GROSVENOR ART SOCIETY ECLECTIC SUMMER EXHIBITION AT CASTLE PARK ARTS CENTRE, FRODSHAM
